Jon C. Papin joins Cogan & McNabola with over twenty years of experience as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney.  Jon Papin was previously a partner in the defense firm of Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey.  Most recently, he has dedicated his law practice to representing injured victims of medical malpractice, interstate and intrastate trucking disasters, construction accidents and various birth injury cases.

In 2008, Jon Papin had over $30 million dollars in jury verdicts and settlements, including a $9.8 million verdict which is the highest net jury verdict in Illinois for a case involving complex regional pain syndrome. In the five previous years, he obtained more than $57 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.  He holds several record Illinois jury verdicts and settlements and received the highest possible peer review rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell.  Jon Papin was also chosen by his peers as being in the top 5% of attorneys in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Leading Lawyers Network.
